Melt the butter in a small sauce pan.
Remove from the stove as it melts, and while your butter is still hot, transfer the chocolates that you have divided into pieces. Let the butter melt with its heat. Then let it cool at room temperature.
Take the eggs in a bowl, add sugar and beat well.
Gradually transfer the butter-chocolate mixture to the eggs with the whipped sugar and continue mixing.

Ingredients
- 350 gr dark chocolate
- 250 gr butter
- 3 eggs
- 50 gr sugar
- 100 gr flour
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 150 gr white chocolate

After adding the whole mixture and mixing, sift the flour, vanilla and baking powder and add it on top. With the help of a spatula, mix the brownie mortar by folding until all the ingredients are combined.
Then pour half of the mixture you prepared into a 20 cm square cake tin that has been greased or lined with baking paper. Place thick pieces of white chocolate and pour the remaining half over the white chocolate.
Bake in a fanless oven preheated to 160 degrees for 30-35 minutes. When it looks slightly cracked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
