Which shipping company will my order be sent with?

Your order is delivered to you by the shipping company you have selected.
The shipping companies we work with are Kargola Taşımacılık (Aras Kargo) and Yurtiçi Kargo.

 

Is there a fast delivery option?

There is a Same Day Delivery option within Istanbul.
Orders received by 11:00 are delivered on the same day between 14:00–21:00.
Orders received after 11:00 are sent out for delivery the next day.
Same day delivery service is not provided on Sundays and public holidays.
You can receive your order on the same day by activating this option while placing your order.

How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee varies depending on your delivery address.
You can view the shipping fee in your cart while creating your order.

How much is the cash on delivery fee?

The cash on delivery fee is 42 TL.

Between which hours are orders delivered?

Your order is delivered to the delivery address you specified by Kargola Taşımacılık (Aras Kargo) and Yurtiçi Kargo between 09:00 – 17:00 during working hours (weekdays and Saturday).
Orders received by 11:00 with Kargola.com Same Day Delivery are delivered on the same day between 14:00–21:00.
Same day delivery service is not provided on Sundays and public holidays.

Is it possible to change the address/name for orders that have been shipped?

You can contact us via our WhatsApp line at +90 850 308 56 32 so that we can forward your updated address or name information to the shipping company.

Is delivery made on public holidays?

Shipping companies do not make deliveries on public holidays.

What is the delivery time to the shipping company?

Your order is delivered to the shipping company within 1–5 business days.

What happens if no one is present at the address during delivery?

The shipping company attempts to deliver your order to the address you specified.
If you are not present at your address, the shipping company handling the delivery process will contact you and inform you which branch your shipment is at.
Generally, your package is left at the nearest shipping branch to your address and must be collected from the branch within 3 business days.
Otherwise, the shipment is returned to us.
If you wish, you can get detailed information about your shipment via the WhatsApp number provided to you by the shipping company.

Why is the invoice included on the package?

Legally, it is mandatory for the invoice of your order to be sent on the package and for the recipient’s name and surname information to be included.
