How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee depends on the country you are ordering from and the total weight of the products you purchased.

Do you deliver the orders on public holidays?

Courier companies do not deliver on public holidays.

 

Can you send the product I purchased early?

The product you have received will be shipped within 1-5 business days.

 

My order came when I wasn't at my address

The courier company delivers your order to the address you have specified. In order to provide detailed information in case you cannot be found at your address, the courier company following the transportation process of your package will contact you and inform you at which branch your package is located. Usually, your package is left to the courier company branch closest to your address and you must receive it from the branch within 3 working days. Otherwise, the package is sent back to us. 

If you wish, you can get detailed information about your shipment from the WhatsApp number notified to you by the courier company. 

Why are you sending the invoice on the package?

There is a legal obligation to send the invoice for your order with the package, including your name and surname.
